Serial Cloner

Serial Cloner is a molecular biology application that allows you to create and read files with DNA chains in FASTA format.

The user interface is relatively simple to operate, in that it is within the reach of any user with advanced biology knowledge, who should be especially impressed with the huge amount of options available.

With Serial Cloner you can, among other things, join DNA fragments obtained through PCR, manipulate the shRNA, or simply assemble fragments of different chains.

The program is able to import files in formats like Vector NTI, ApE, pDRAW32, and GenBank. Remember, though, that the most useful format is the universal FASTA.
